Managed by Javier Armando Romero Melgar, the farm produces a special coffee with a natural processing method that offers flavor notes such as red apple, cranberry sorbet and red plum. Cultivated at an altitude of 1,200 meters, this coffee is registered with the Honduran Coffees of the West (HWC) geographical
