Aliança Reserva Bairrada POD Smooth and layeredA Portuguese red from the Bairrada region on the Atlantic coast, led by the local Baga grape (70%) with Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional. Partially destemmed, macerated five days and fermented in stainless steel. Medium bodied and expressive, showing mixed berry aromas with spice and an earthy note over plum, black cherry and liquorice, with fresh acidity and elegant tannins.
