The Bibi Graetz 2023 Soffocone di Vincigliata is less exuberant and definitely more delicate compared to many of the other wines in this portfolio
with a rich texture wrapping around the refined tannins
and damp forest floor
This too is firmly reduced and unreadable at present
But the finish is very tasty and long
layered and poised
