Au Bon Climat, Hildegard White Vintage:2019 Much more modulated wood and50% Pinot Gris, 40% Pinot Blanc, 10% Aligot. Pale straw. Broad and welcoming on the nose with the Pinot Gris most obvious. Again, that salty note on the palate. Not desperately long. It seems as though its all on the nose at the moment.
