Like theyve been dug up out of the side of a mountain, cooling and crystalline. Harmonious acid, delicate fruit, depth. St. Laurent is a grape you pretty much solely see form this part of the world, it has some Pinot esque qualities but a tonic like bitterness and bite that makes it very much its own fruit.
