This Organic White Dragon Well is made with leaves from a varietal typically used for Anji bai cha, harvested prior to the Qing Ming rains in early April. Teas made during this period of time are especially prized, because the leaves harvested are typically first of the season; the plant has had the winter season to store nutrients in its leaves, resulting in particularly flavorful tea.
