Palloncino - 2025 Prosecco CandleAptly named after the bang' or 'pop of a balloon, this fizzy ticks every box. The wine is crafted from a Glera clone from Northern Italy planted in the Murray Darling a region similar in climate to that of Northern Italy, allowing Mediterranean varietals to thrive.
