A educational experience rather than just a bar. All the agaves in the bar are hand picked and sourced directly from producers. This Papalote was made by Tomas Guerrero in Tepehuixco, state of Guerrero in August 2019. Utilizing only Cupreata Agaves harvested above 1,550m, roasted in a conical pit oven,

and includes an information booklet and a letter of authenticity personally signed by the head distiller
