2017 Bin5555 Shiraz March20 then cellared in large oakQuintessential medium bodied Hunter Valley Shiraz. Blackberries, plums and blackcurrants. Peppery tannins and vanilla oak. Aged to perfection, the tannins have softened with time in the bottle, and the palate has fleshed out nicely, to give an amazing mouthfeel and velvety, smooth finish. Ideal with all meat dishes and hard cheeses.
