It is 24 wide x 27 cm high 2mm thick mild steel  and rusted with a patina then lacquered with a coat of Penetrol to protect from the weather if you choose to put it on an outdoor wall

Aladdin's Treasure, 12mm DC Stud by Kitty Came Home Width: 10 x 12A scattering of coloured highlights, lifted from a monarch butterfly wing. Coloured elements selected from an original photo we took of this delicate visitor to our garden. As Aladdin was a traveller, so too are the nomadic monarch butterflies.
