Pecorino 'Giulia', Cataldi Madonna kfl__hazelnut This is a real easy-drinkerHigh up in the Abruzzo mountains, Pecorino Giulia produced by Luigi Cataldi Madonna, is named in homage to his beloved daughter Giulia. Fragrant with passion fruit, lime, grapefruit and fresh herbs. Zesty acidity compliments ripe fruit flavours of melon and red apple. It makes a great aperitif or pairs beautifully with raw fish and shellfish. The wine is aged on the lees post fermentation in stainless steel tank to give depth and body, after three
