with perfectly integrated acidity and a floral element giving clarity and lift to the red fruit
but there's ample fruit for balance
Racines, Sainte Rose Pinot Noir Size:6x750ml and the wine needs aProprietary name. One third whole bunch. This blend follows the US model of barrel selection. So this is from the best barrels or rather the ones that go together best. 3,000 bottles produced. A little more tension than the regular bottling and really very nice. Ripe but not sweet. (JR)
