Wildflower Brewing - Gold #48 Low Alcohol little Hobartian distillery Taylor &Gold is a blended, barrel aged Australian Wild Ale. Gold Blend #33 is a blend of 5 barrels, 1738 (16 month old Gold), 1741 (17 month old Gold), 1763 (15 month old Gold), 1765 (6 month old Gold) and 1812 (10 month old Gold). A sweet sherbety nose of citrus blossom and pithy zest. Mild spice and oak notes ebb and flow amongst the citrus. Lovely palate, citrus forward but with spice and oak in a way that gives the palate weight, texture and length.
