Al naso mostra un bouquet fruttato di ciliegia e di lampone, con una punta balsamica e vegetale e una nota bois. In bocca si accende con naturalezza e armonia: delicate note fruttate accompagnato il sorso, che chiude lungo ed elegante. La Plante Chassey proviene da una parcella situata nel comune di Mercurey, nella Cte Chalonnaise, a sud della Cte de Beaune. L'esposizione del vigneto a sud est, dove
