Michter's Barrel Strength Rye 54.6% 70cl Sazerac Palate: Some soft toffee andThis very limited release from Michter's is not to be missed. The liquid enters the barrel at the lower ABV which ultimately costs Michter's more due to warehousing. Michter's believes that this process produces a richer and smoother rye. Nose: Cinnamon, butterscotch and leather. Palate: Molasses, deep oaky notes, crackles of rye spice and orange peel. Finish: Leather, caramel and more oak to finish.
