The wines ferment in barrel for complexity and never undergo malolactic fermentation

but with something so distinctively Tuscan about the flavour profiles

Clare Valley Shiraz 2021, Rodney & The Horse Sparkling From the Premier CruSingle vineyard Shiraz from the northern part of South Australia's Clare Valley, wild yeast fermented and aged for 9 months in old French oak. Plenty of the dark red fruit and spice you'd expect, all brought into focus by supporting tannins and plenty of freshness. This '21 vintage is just starting to develop darker, spicier and more savoury characteristics.
