Highland Skirt Jeans Special double needle jersey sizeA maxi skirt featuring three ruffles and waistband over a pencil skirt closed at the back by an invisible zipper. The skirt ruffles are partially cut on the bias which gives this flowy dancing skirt a lovely drape avoiding the commonly feared puffy effect of ruffles on skirts. A shortened version with 2 ruffles is also possible, requiring less fabric. Fabric for a width of 140 cm: 3 ruffles : 34 40 : 380 cm, 42 46 : 400 cm, 48 52 : 440 cm 2 ruffles :
